Unless stated otherwise, all content on kanvas.dev — including text, documentation, blog posts, graphics, illustrations, interface mock-ups, animations, source code of the Site and the Kanvas name and logo — is © McTekk. All rights reserved. “Kanvas” and the Kanvas logo are trademarks of the Company; other names and logos belong to their owners.

2. Permitted Use

You may, without asking:

• view and print pages for your own, non-commercial business evaluation;
• quote short excerpts of our text with a clear attribution and a link to the original page;
• link to any page of the Site.

3. Restricted Use

Without our prior written permission you may not copy, republish, sell, modify, mirror or create derivative works from the Site’s content or design, use our trademarks, or train or fine-tune a model on it at scale through automated collection.

4. Third-Party Materials and Open Source

Client logos and third-party product names shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only; their use does not imply endorsement. Open-source components used by the Site remain under their own licences.

5. Reporting Infringement

If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@kanvas.dev containing:

• your name and contact details;
• a description of the work you claim is infringed;
• the URL of the material you believe infringes;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them;
• your physical or electronic signature.

6. Our Response

We review notices promptly, may remove or disable access to the material, and may forward the notice to the person who posted it. Knowingly false notices may expose the sender to liability.
